TimeBank Email Notifications - Configure and Edit

EMAIL NOTIFICATION CUSTOMIZATION POSSIBILITIES

For Coordinators

When editing either the subject line or the body of these email notifications you can customize the text using place holders (tokens) for member's and timebank information that is stored in Community Weaver. For details about customizing the notification emails (and broadcast email;) see customizing emails sent by Community Weaver. Below is the list of items that coordinators can configure and edit.

The tabs below are found under the menu: GEAR/Configure/Email


Email Settings Tab

The timebank's Site Email Address is shown here. Coordinators cannot change the timebank's email address. See timebank's email address for details about how the address is used.

A coordinator can specify

  • The email subject brand
  • Whether members should be sent member update emails
  • Time of day to send member update emails

Signup Tab

A coordinator can specify the subject and body for:

  • Member signup email (sent to the applying member when they complete the signup form to apply for membership)
  • Member invitation email (sent to a prospective member when a coordinator creates a new account for them)
  • Member approval email (sent to the member when a coordinator approves their account allowing them full membership access)

A coordinator can specify the subject and body for:


Subscriptions Tab

This tab and the email notifications in this tab are only visible after the coordinators have configured and enabled the payment feature. They are used to notify timebank members that their subscription will be expiring, was renewed or has expired. Read all about the
