Subscription renewed email

The Subscription renewed email is sent to members after a payment has been entered and applied to a subscription charge. This email is sent in the background, typically one to two minutes after a payment is entered.

The content of this email should contain things like:

  • Confirming the details of their payment
  • Thanking the member for their subscription fees
  • Describing what their subscription fees pay for or how they support the Timebank


All content of this email notification is editable, but by default it will contain the following content:
