Assigning Coordinator Roles

The Admin Coordinator can assign any of the coordinator roles to any member of the timebank. Only the Admin Coordinator can assign coordinator roles to members of the timebank. It is possible to assign multiple account to any coordinator role.

WARNING: It is important that ALWAYS at least one account has Admin coordinator access.


Follow these steps:

  1. Login as Admin Coordinator
  2. go to the member's profile
  3. in the section "Coordinator Settings" click on "Edit Permissions"
  4. select the permissions that you want to assign to that member, OR deselect the permissions that you want to remove from that member
  5. click on "SAVE"

To see what coordinator permissions a member currently has, go to the member's profile and click on the title of the section "Coordinator Settings."
