Member approved email

The member approved email notification is sent to a member after a coordinator approved an applying member by clicking on the "Approve" button in the applying member's profile.

The message sent to the approved member contains the following text:

In the email, below the CW message there is space for coordinator configurable content, which can be empty or can be added/edited by an Admin Coordinator. The coordinator can use email customization fields to include additional information.
