Any of the coordinators of the Timebank can send an email to all other coordinators of their own timebank by sending an email to the address

<shortname>-coordinators@community.timebanks.org

where the the shortname is the subdomain of your timebank.

Only coordinators of your Timebank can use this email address to write to other coordinators. It is essentially a mailing list for coordinators.

For example if your timebank's URL (web address) is

example.timebanks.org

you can send an email to

example-coordinators@community.timebanks.org

and all of the coordinators in example.timebanks.org will receive a copy of the email at the email address listed in their accounts in the Timebank.

Please note that Anyone can write to the timebank's email address, which will send an email to all of the timebank's coordinators.
